Child Safety Standards

StickerHunt is operated by Quassum MB (Algirdo g. 18-11, 03218 Vilnius, Lithuania). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) anywhere on StickerHunt: in stickers, check-in photos, profiles, comments, or any other content.

What is prohibited

• Any content that sexualises minors, including images, drawings, stickers, text, or links.
• Grooming, sexual solicitation of, or inappropriate contact with minors.
• Sharing, requesting, or advertising CSAM, or directing people to it elsewhere.
• Any other use of StickerHunt to sexually exploit or endanger children.

Accounts that break these rules are permanently removed, and we do not allow them back.

Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use StickerHunt (see our Terms of Service). StickerHunt is not directed at children under 13.

How to report

• In the app: use the Report action on any post, sticker, profile, or comment. You can also Block a user so that neither of you sees the other's content.
• By email: write to [email protected] with a link to or description of the content. Please don't attach the material itself.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.

What we do

• We review reports of child safety concerns with the highest priority and remove violating content and accounts as soon as we confirm them.
• When we become aware of CSAM, we remove it, preserve what the law requires, and report it to the relevant authorities. That means the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the competent law enforcement authorities, including the Lithuanian police.
• We cooperate with law enforcement requests related to child safety.
• We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations.
