Welcome to StickerHunt. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and StickerHunt and govern your use of our mobile app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StickerHunt. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Your content

You retain ownership of the stickers, photos, and other content you create. By posting to StickerHunt you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. In particular, you will not:

• Post unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Submit fraudulent hunt check-ins or otherwise manipulate points and leaderboards.
• Place stickers where doing so is illegal, or encourage others to vandalize property. You are solely responsible for where and how you place physical stickers and must comply with all local laws.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

Moderation and termination

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time from Settings or the web dashboard.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. StickerHunt is a platform for sharing sticker art and is not responsible for users' real-world conduct, including where stickers are placed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StickerHunt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app.
